“Personel was really friendly. All the staff I spoke also spoke English. Good room, nice bed. The room however got a bit hot (23 degrees) in winter. We tried to cool with the airconditioning but that didn't work properly. Windows were the key to coolness :) Good locations, within a few minutes of walking you're in the center of Nancy where there are many restaurants, bars, bakeries and small supermarkets (carrefour).”
“Hotel centrally located, just 5 minutes walk to the nice Stanislas Square. The hotel staff is very nice, the breakfast service is quite and with a good option. I really liked they offer fresh orange juice, well done!! The room was nice, simple design but nice. There are three things should be improved: 1) cleaning of the air system in the bathroom (see picture) too much dust accumulated over time, this is not hygienic. 2) the towels for the shower are too small, they should replace them with bigger one. 3) the shower was open, no door. This choice is not really efficient since the bathroom get wet everywhere.”
